A shotgun style, craft cocktail bar, Sidesaddle Saloon, is an original concept from the minds behind Taco Heads and Tinie's Mexican Rotisserie.

Taking inspiration from the modern cowgirl, Sidesaddle Saloon is poised to be the go-to watering hole on Mule Alley. Craft cocktails will be paired with thoughtful small plates, making for a Texas take on tapas. In the spirit of the cowgirl, Sidesaddle’s vision is to be a mature hangout, offering bold drinks and a charming atmosphere.
