PBR will be hosting a special day of western sports and fundraising, headlined by the Ouncie Mitchell Memorial Invitational. This marquee PBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour event will support the four-year-old daughter of PBR Bull Rider Ouncie Mitchell, who passed away in September.
