  • Stockyards Station stores are open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. 
  • Most restaurants are open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Most Stockyards saloons are open until 2 a.m. on the weekend.

The walkable space is open 24 hours a day.

You can call a cab, UBER, LYFT or hail a cab at Billy Bob’s Texas during the evening: 817-534-5555 or from any establishment. 

There is limited overnight RV parking but no hookups at Billy Bob’s Texas.  The parking lot is horse trailer accessible, enter from Stockyards Blvd. During special events access may be limited and charges may vary.   You can visit ft rv parking, you can also travel to weatherford, Benbrook rv park, and Dutch branch. https://www.fortworth.com/search/?q=rv%20parking

The rodeo is every Friday and Saturday night at 7:30 p.m. Buy tickets

The cattle drives are twice daily, every day at 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., weather permitting. Except on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. The best place to watch is in front of the Livestock Exchange Building at 131 East Exchange Avenue. Follow the Fort Worth Herd on social media for all updates on scheduling. No reservation needed, no fee to attend.

You may ask for limited quantities of brochures and walking maps are available for pickup only at individual venues. We do not mail brochures or maps. Please visit www.fortworth.com for electronic maps and additional visitors information. 

We are sorry but wheelchairs are NOT available for rent in the district at this time.

Yes, in the Historic District you are able to walk the sidewalks with a beer if it is purchased from a licensed venue on Exchange Avenue. You must follow and abide by local, federal and state laws.

If you’re using props or a backdrop, this constitutes a “professional photo shoot,” and you’ll need to acquire permission from each one of the individual businesses where you’ll be shooting your photography. If you are obstructing sidewalks or City streets permitting is required.

To photograph at Stockyards Heritage properties, Stockyards Station, or Hotel Drover, contact info@stockyardsheritage.com. To professionally photograph the Fort Worth Herd cattle and drovers, contact Trail Boss, Kristin Jaworski at kristinjaworski@fortworth.com.

If you’re interested in playing in a bar, you’ll need to contact the local bars individually. You can also contact Hear Fort Worth, a resource for anyone who cares about live music in Fort Worth – whether your interest is industry networking, education, music tourism or growing your small business.

There are public restrooms inside Cowtown ColiseumStockyards Station and Exhibits Building (during business hours).

ATMs are located throughout the Stockyards:

  • The Train Depot and at the Trading Post inside Stockyards Station
  • Cowtown Coliseum Ticket Office
  • In front of Fincher’s White Front
  • In front of Love Shack

Horses are allowed on public streets, following the flow of traffic, but not on pedestrian walkways (sidewalks, inside Stockyards Station or on the grass).

There is bus parking on the east side of Stockyards Station in lot 5. Learn more. There is also bus parking in the lot at Billy Bob's Texas.
